Alright, add the [rct] tag to your name and play in n00bfest servers so that everyone can get to know you a bit. Read the rules and requirements post ( http://n00bfest.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=931), I've added you to the waiting list to become a member. There is a vote approximately once a month (don't ask when the next one is, there's no way to know) to decide which [rct]s deserve to be accepted into the community, but as long as you stay cool and play a decent amount you should be fine.

because most people who are nubs, seeking clans, or want a quick fix to thier CS problems go to iceworld. Then they realize they can fix all these problems even easier by signing up for the community.

what got me to come was the main server. the first n00bfest server i went in. it drew me in.
