I just updated my mouse and I need help with the settings. Unless everyone uses deafult then never mind but if the setttings are supposed to be set to a certain standrad for CZ please let me know.

The only difference between the G5 and the 518 is the useless dpi difference and the weights. That and you G5 guys WAAAY more.

i have 518 and its laser and i have used both and i seem to like my 518 better its just my preference

The difference is that an optical mouse uses an LED light and a laser mouse uses an actual laser like that in a CD player, not an LED. Both are technically optical because they use optical sensors to track movement. The laser mouse can be used on more surfaces than an optical mouse.
