Hey Judicator, where do i go to sign p for the sub-clans, like PSA, etc.

You're a member because you applied like half a year ago and at some point was added to the usergroup.

As far as subclans, I would make a post in the subclan forum saying you're available, or try to get to know some of the leaders...you havn't been around in a while, so maybe you'll need to play a bit first and let new people get to know you.

No, he's been in n00b since a vote this summer or so, unless the elders decide to make him reapply then he can wear the tag.
