Put the [rct] tag on and play ALOT so that the elders notice you and if your cool they will let you join.

why is everyone so goddamned F*CKING impatient? calm down....its been a whole two days and he's not on the list?! OH EM GEE!! STOP PLAYING EVERYONE! ALUCARD IS NOT ON THE LIST!!
Oh yeah...and i forgot to say that you're not on the list because the guy that's in charge of the list hasnt been in the past couple days....so just have some patience....

The guy who maintains the list is a senior, top-level admin here. He's a pretty busy guy with a pretty busy life (he's active military).
Give it some time.
