Pirate will be a different sort of clan. Many will wear the tag, indicating they are on-board with the Pirate crew. Some will wear the tag, indicating that they have been conquered and plundered. Others will wear the tag just because they think it makes them sexy (and it DOES!)
Very few will be in the group that handles the planning of our voyages and the sharing of ideas.
Only the most loyal and dedicated [n00b] members should even waste my time asking.

When people are participating in Pirate events or wearing a [Pirate] tag, they are fobidden from wearing any other tags or markers.
Being one of the Pirate crew has nothing to do with any other clans or servers or communities. When we go on voyages to plunder and rape other servers, we will ask people in those servers to put on pirate names and come with us to the next one.
When they are not participating in a [Pirate] activity, all crew members and deck hands are encouraged to completely change their name and rejoin their normal activities. As the popularity increases, and the hostile activities become more frequent, we may all find that our identities will need to be concealed.....
Pirates will be required to have a separate Pirate name from their normal name, such as:
[n00b] CorpseHumper
becomes
[Pirate] Peg Penis
It has to be clever and completely different from your primary name. It also has to be PART-TIME only. There will be no wearing of the tag on a full-time basis. There is a time and place for everything, and wearing the Pirate tag will be reserved for recruiting, plundering, and to create interest on the primary servers by making people curious.
When the rules have been completely established for WHEN people are supposed to or NOT supposed to wear the tag, I'll let you know.
This sub-group will be completely different than anything we've done before. There is much need to secrecy and privacy in some cases, yet anyone, anywhere can be recruited to wear the tag. Just not as their primary identity. When it's time to become a Pirate, people just "know" it. Some of us start changing our names and others follow.
A select few will be chosen as crew members. Those few will be involved in the planning of our voyages. Everyone else will become deck hands and cargo. You might want think carefully before you consider trying to be a crew member. If you're squeamish or have reservations about other-than-honorable activities, it's probably not for you.
