I always feel terrible for the drummer and guitarist for Miley. When you're trying to get into another band...what do you say for your credentials? "Ummm, I mean, I was a guitarist for Miley Cyrus....so am I in?"

You can't take someone like Miley Cyrus who wasn't even born around the grunge period and have her do her shitty legato/vibrato, fake-ass voice in a song that denies that type of vocal action. Grunge isn't supposed to be all vibrato'd and shit, and that's exactly what she's doing. She's destroying the F*CK out of that song. I hope she dies a horrible death. I F*CKING can't stand Nirvana, but I'd rather listen to the original than hear that ever again.

This is a kick in the balls of grunge music.

It's a good point. Noted... but the charts for the 90's say otherwise, unfortunately. I hated grunge music growing up, really. During the grunge era I was listening to ...And Justice for All religiously. Bands like Tantric and stuff.

The one thing you can't take away from her is she knows how to market herself perfectly for the tween audience. You can make fun of her all you want but in the end she is an 18 year millionaire and well we are not. The fact she is hot does not hurt either, but wow she can't dance in that video it was just painful to watch.

Extreme true, it's to a certain point where people would tell you "Nirvana created grunge" which isn't the truth, it's just that they were out first and angsty teenagers liked how angsty F*CKING Kurt Cobain was.

I do unfortunately see myself though about once a month screaming to "Heartshapped Box" whenever it comes on the Modern Rock radio station we have here in the Nord.

I just never really was a fan of grunge. Not sure why.. I loved Tool, though.
