i get about 10-30 fps on cz depending on map... i have a Dell dimension something(lowest one) with the card it came with... its only about 6 months old. so is a video card going to help out my shit or is it hopeless? and i know very little about internal comp shit so if it will help, can i be able to put it in myself? And can i run css without a new video card?

If its the cheapest dell then its probably got onboard video,so css is gonna be out of the question.If it doesnt have a agp slot then your gonna have to find a pci card.Im not sure what the best pci card is but if you can find one with 128mb of ram you will surely pick up some frames in cz.As for css, a pci card will probably let you play but it will look like total crap,i dont think any pci cards support direct x 9.
