I noticed this album sitting around with the albums from Corey Taylor and Co. on the Myspace albums page for Slipknot.

It's from 1989 and it almost seems like the newer group copied the older group.

They share no lineage or members and this album pre-dates all of the newer Slipknot's music by so many years as to make a difference.

Saw Rush in concert last night One of the best nights of my life...

Rush is on an entirely different plane of existence...and obviously a better band on a technical and melodic level.

You know I would be jealous of you but they go out of sale in a heartbeat around here so Ive accepted im probably never going to see them in concert. Congrats though haha.

Tazzaler, did you even read the thread? This thread is about a late 80's/early 90's punk/thrash type band from Connecticut who's sound barely resembles that of the one from Iowa that became famous in this decade.
