"Namp" STEAM_0:1:12830467 ... never had problems before, dont really know whats going on with double ID's. Well thanks anyways.

From the evidence presented, it is clear that counter_strike_nub posted the wrong steamid for his application, and he became a n00b with the wrong steamid, which just happened to be Namp's steamid. Perhaps Namp was playing on the server when counter_strike_nub checked to get his steamid, and accidentally got Namp's instead.
If you look at the n00b member's list, counter_strike_nub is listed with STEAM_0:1:12830467, and Gman just confirmed that it is not his, but Namp's. It seems like Namp was the victim, barring any mysterious conspiracies.

I got banned from a server last month for aimbot and it took me 3 weeks to get unbanned because they were gay and rarely responded. It was F*CKING retarded. You should give this kid a decision quickly and move on.
In no way am I trying to tell you how to do your job here. Just saying if you don't do it quickly it can turn into a drawn out process and cause more trouble than its worth for whatever he did.

LOL RLY? the council voted cs_nub in under that id thats the one on the roster thats the one he applied with everything n00bfest says this is cs_nub (also note we havn't seen nub since the ban either (unless i missed him) You imply that no one checks these things out. Further lets not forget our "victim" namp was the C*CK teamkilling admins and refusing to plant. also how exactly does one apply with the "wrong" steam id? This is bullshit. are you kidding? WTF am i missing here?
