my steam id is STEAM_0:1:17509242 i have no idea when or why i was banned. i play on the server alot. and the last time i tried to join i was banned and i have no idea why. i don't remember getting banned at all. i would really appreciate it if i was unbanned thank you.

According to the banlist, you aren't banned. I went through all the logs between now and last Monday and you weren't banned in any of those.
