Sup guys this is my first post here, ITT we discuss maps
I've been playing on your server for what I believe to be around a year now, maybe more or maybe less. I'm not very good with judging how long I've been somewhere but that's besides the point.
I found your server as a suitable area to play in, though I never really enjoyed your map rotation. Who is in charge of the map rotation and has adding to or modifying the server map rotation something that has ever been under consideration?
I'm sure that I can not be the only one who finds some displeasure in the repetitive selection of maps we currently play.
One server I used to play on had a fixed map rotation similar to yours, but in addition they had a secondary list of maps that players could vote on to play. Perhaps adding this feature for the admin's application during play, would be beneficial to the enjoyment of the regular player base.
For months I thought chronicW33D was in charge of your operations but I'm starting to realize he's one of the lower ranked members of your organization. His persona and authority is undeniably deceptive; although I've been around for a fair amount of time I still have no clue about what the majority of your tags stand for. If someone would do me the kindness of making me aware of their meanings I would appreciate it.

You know very well who the admins are in the server, since, as stated, you've been here a long time. You were here while W33D was an RCT and we abused the shit out of him. Since you're on our server pretty much on a daily basis, I know you saw this happening. Whether you remember it or not is a different story and not my problem. He does not portray any kind of "authority" in the server from what I see and he has the same "persona" as most of our other n00b members. I also know that had you asked him, he would have directed you to the correct admin(s) who can take care of any question/problem you had. I know you're a regular, but to call him out like that and to wrongfully accuse him of displaying this kind of "deceptiveness" is uncalled for. Now - Fomenta and Gman (or Steamroller) are the two people who handle changing the map rotation, and I will direct them to this post to further answer your questions.

The chronicW33D part anyway. I'm 99 percent certain that Frank is joking in that respect. However, he is probably serious about wanting to know the command chain and the differences in tags that he sees. I only put 99 percent because there's a slight chance that he might actually be serious.

To be honest I really don't care if he's joking or not. Don't disrespect a n00b member, whether they are a member or an admin.

I think it's more of the context that this guy is a troll and nobody likes him to begin with.

Haven't played with him all that much to know, so i'll take your word for it.

Kwang! wrote: I think he's hilarious, but then again I'm nobody. Kwangz don't be the Kevlar I buy myself in the first round as a CT to give myself an unfair advantage over the T side who can either buy armor or a better gun than the glock. Associating yourself with me in anyway will not be beneficial to your standing here it appears. Now to address the rest of you in general. When I first joined your server I was a bit hesitant because of the amount of foul mouths and generally dark humor that appears to be common over the voice chat. Once I got over the blatant racism I realized that for the most part most of you are a fun, normal, group of people looking to have a good time playing some CSS. So I decided to stick around because I felt the server has a pretty good gang of regulars. I really am not a competitive player at heart, so I enjoy just messing about on the server. The only time I actually try not to dick around is when one team is being severely beaten by the other team, then I attempt to equalize the scores and I think (no patting my own back) that I do a fair job at it. Thus keeping the server more populated than it would otherwise be. Not saying that the server would ever be empty without my self-imposed policing, but I know from past experience that there's a lot of churn in the player base when there is obvious player stacking going on, which happens a lot more than I think some of you realize or care to admit. Here on the forum it appears that most of the server regulars don't seem to post, so I guess this is not representative of the actual spirit of the server. It seems that some of the people here are getting butt hurt over nothing, I mean honestly do some of you guys even play CSS? I realize that your organization spans over multiple games so I can understand if some of you have no clue who I am or find my silly manner annoying. That's fine, I too play some online games for fun. I am actually a rather serious person in my daily life, so it's nice to vent some silliness out here. To Pea, I don't know why you think I was coming at chronicw33d, I meant what I said as a compliment. I did for months think that he was primarily in charge or at least one of the higher ups. In fact I avoided messing with him for the most part to avoid getting banned on more than one occasion. I don't remember him going through a recruit process while I was playing on the server, he may have but I don't keep a log of everyone's status. Now that I know he's just one of the bros I mess with him a little in-game. If he had serious issue with it he could easily tell me to stop in a sincere manner and I would comply with his request, but like most people in the server they simply exchange jabs and move on. Let's not act like you haven't insulted anyone in the server. In fact in terms of repulsive behavior I would say I'm far below the median threshold on the sever. To Gman, I'm not trolling about most of what I say. I do not know what the tags mean, [rct] [dr] random greek symbols and other identifiers that people place in their name. I would like to know what they mean so I could get a better idea of who I'm dealing with, and who are actual admins and who are not. A few months ago I had a few members of n00b call me out for walling and team stacking, we had a disagreement. I then come to find out they aren't even admins, and more so they weren't even server regulars. So yes, I would like to know what the tags mean. As a server regular I don't want to get kicked/banned or talked down to by some random member who may be passing by. If I have issue with someone I'd like to know who has the authority to deal with it. I don't feel like minding my own business and getting messed with by some random n00b member who claims I wall or team stack, I think like most regulars who have played as long as I have on the server, I deserve some consideration before administrative measures are taken. I'm going to assume that you believe that any n00b member, even the non-regular CSS players automatically has authority over your CSS server regulars, but I would hope that is not the case. I'm sure there are others I should address but whatever, inb4 brb, "this guy" brb, "nobody likes you" brb, "waste of space" If you feel this way you do not have to remove me, I will leave no problems. I find the lack of relevance between this forum and the actual server to be astounding. Cliffs------- -TLDR; -KWANGZ -Not proof read, come at me errors. -Come at me bro -Do you even play CSS?

Re: Sup guys this is my first post here, ITT we discuss maps
all of our server regulars do post in forums the only one who doesnt post in forums at all is texanbudsmoker aka astros, also your right even if a random member of n00bfest does just pass by even for a day he has more say and right than you will ever have. so to say there is no connection between server and forums your stupid cause you have what a total of 7 post.
