Time/date of the ban 6/25/2009 around 8PM PST 4. Server where ban occured: 66.135.40.174:27015 5. Who banned you?: I have no idea 6. What were you banned for?: I believe the ban was accidental, for I always abide by the rules. 7. Comments: The N00bfest servers are the only servers I play it sucks that I was banned for no reason.
