3. Time/Date: Approximately 10:35 EST, May 30
4. Server: New server, 66.135.40.174:27015
5. Banned by: [SANF] Spidey [n00b]
6. Reason for Ban: I believe that I was banned due to someone using my name and playing a song involving pylons. I was muted at first and the person copying my name played the pylon song again, after which I was kicked and banned.
7. Comments: None at the moment.
