i dont have full admin to the site thats the problem i try to get to the admin panel but i get an illegal op. he was supposed to call me back with the ip but he never did :(

You do too have full admin; you just don't know how to use it. On the left, click on "Administration" and log in there. Once you've logged in there, you'll be able to access the admin panel for the forum.
