The only intermittent lag I noticed was this: When we had almost a full server on the pub, and the elite server had 9 people on it.

Maybe look into that? The elite server pulling off of the main server? If that's even possible. Ask Rage, he was there, he almost banned a guy for speedhacking.

on a more serious note, i thought speedhacking was dismissed when source came out, something about internal game clocks handled on the server and not the client, so no real way to speedhack?

Reason i'm asking is that I've never seen a speedhacker in source...

Oh yes, and the server was running sexy as hell today, only on port did it drop to about 55tic in the beginning of rounds and i'm sure thats because it was semi-full and that freakin water kills it

tne new server ran awsome i was in it allday the only time it ran a little slow is when there was a bunch of people in the elite server then there was a little difference
there was a guy that looked like he was speed hacken other than that it was awosome thanks again for the new server

Yes there is still speedhacking in source. I even remember banning someone on the n00bfest server that was speedhacking and an aimboting

yes speedhacking in source is not a myth! but i was there when rage saw the glitches from server lag and bad client rates.
