Okay so my buddy got a dui couple months back, he is going to court for it Wednesday, he is probably going to get jail time

so we were all his house for the SB party tonight, everything was fine, drinking,beer pong no problems, his mother goes to sleep, they are being loud outside, her bedroom is right next to the backyard.

She comes out and asks him to be quite and he flips out, i want to have fun, F*CK you blah blah balh, just goes off so I try to calm him down, we get him inside he is still going, we get him to the front of the house he is still going, his dad joins in, im behind him at this point because he father and him are yelling, he pushs his dad I grab him, as well as others we didn't know what was about to happen. so I grab him and he starts trying to get free. Know how to fight from the army, i knew i had to get him on the ground, so i was working on that. he is swinging away. He hits me in the ribs, kneed me in the nuts, punched in my face. didn't know all this until about an hour ago when the swelling started to kick in. anyways I got a hold of him and got him to the ground on his back with my legs rapped around him... gay speak i was startling him. He keeps talking shit, trying to get up. I keep him down he manages to get me on my side and is about to stand up but I am working on getting behind him in the rear naked choke hold... once in that you cant get out. he was about calm so I let him go, but our friend tammy grabbed him and he slammed her into a wall and accidentally hit her in the face with his elbow, his bull dog which is his baby and very protective acted tammy 1st when it all happened (before I got him down) I push this dog away and someone else grabbed him.....

needless to stay it was F*CKING crazy, I was drunk wasn't feeling right anyways had 8 shots of Taquiela (<-- cant spell it) so i had to lay on the ground for a hot minute... neeedless to say everyone left and things calmed down.

It just sucks ya know. I move in a week.. I will be 500 miles froma ll my closesest friendss, my 2nd family... and my last big bash this weekend was fighting one of my best friends...

I hate to break this to you jackal, but your friend is a dick. Yelling at his parents, getting violently drunk, getting DUIs, etc.

Cut your losses and dump that loser as a friend. You need to hang out with people that lift you up, not drag you down.

P.S. If you start making excuses like "he's had a hard time" or "he's really a nice guy" you will sound just like an abused wife that won't leave her fucked-up husband.
