From lobby the lobby leader needs to set the sv_search_key to a certain string to join that server. Right now we have 3 servers going.

Added you two, we prob play at least twice a week, it is fun stuff. We have about a normally have 5-6 wanting to play at a time. Ask Gin and Tiki about their ass rape the first time they played with us.

thre used to be a console command for that, however it was removed or something. to connect to coach's server (while lobby leader) go to console and type
sv_search_key [n00b]coach
and when u start game it should connect you to his server
