You have to apply for membership first, which means following the proper format listed in one of the stickies and waiting till the next council meeting to see if they will let you in or not. Then, if you become a member, you have to donate 20 dollars to n00bfest and hope that an admin will sponsor you (though judging by your posts I wouldn't bet too much on that happening). |
