I'm posting this so I don't lose my work. As I add to it and make changes you'll have to refresh it and see whats different. Here's what I have so far:

I believe I have finished re-working the admin ranks now. Admins for n00bfest will be expected to carry themselves in a certain way, and will be expected to perform in a certain way. There will be no exceptions and no mercy for fuckups. If you screw up, you're out. You can buy a second chance if you want to donate to the community, but if you screw up again there are no refunds.

Here's a break-down of how this will work now:

New admins
Any NEW admin being considered will be required to donate $20 to n00bfest and you have to make a post in the membership request section stating you have made the donation before they can be considered. Paying your $20 will get you on the PROSPECT list. You can make your donation and be added to the prospect list even if you are not a n00b member, HOWEVER, it is very unlikely that you will find a n00b admin to sponsor you (see below).

Upon confirmation of your donation, you will immediately tag yourself with a [cakd] tag, like this:

[n00b] CorpseHumper [cakd]

Wear your tag ALWAYS so admins know you want to be an admin. Anyone wearing the cakd tag (or any tricky form of it) without making their donation first will be banned. cakd tags are for admin prospects ONLY.

Being on the prospect list gets you consideration by the existing admins. One of them will have to be your sponsor in order for you to become a "BURDEN" level admin. If you are not selected by an admin for sponsorship within 90 days, remove the [cakd] tag because it's over. If no admin wants to sponsor you, you do NOT get a refund. It's a donation, not an admin fee. You pay to be considered, and you are promised nothing in return. Prove that you deserve it, don't expect it to be given to you for a lousy 20 bucks.

IF an existing admin will sponsor you, you will get the rank of "BURDEN" during the next voting cycle. Your donation is still NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are a dumbshit and get your admin taken away in 5 minutes, you do not get your money back. You still have to prove yourself worthy.

You will have to partner with an existing senior admin that plays in your same timeframe and you will be guided and taught by that admin. You will remain a BURDEN on that admin for a minimum of two months. If you F*CK up, you AND your senior admin will BOTH be punished.

A Burden admin will have the ability to mute, slap, slay, kick, ma_say, ma_chat, ma_psay, and will be given immunity from abuses of other admins.

BURDEN level admin will wear a ^b tag like this:

[n00b] CorpseHumper ^b

Once you have been promoted to Captain, you will cease wearing the ^b tag. The ^b tag is for BURDEN level admins only. Anyone else wearing the ^b tag (or clever copies of it) will be BANNED.

If you have not proven yourself worthy of Captain level admin after 2 months, your sponsor can opt to give you an extra month of training, at thier sole discretion. Failing this, you will get the boot and have to start over with a fresh $20 donation and wait for another admin to take you under their wing.

Captains
Once you get beyond the bullshit of the BURDEN stage, you will be promoted to CAPTAIN status. Captains have the same powers as Burdens, PLUS the power to ban, change maps, and swap players from one team to another.

As a Captain, you will be expected to maintain law and order in the server and ENFORCE THE RULES of n00bfest. You will also be expected to NOT BE AN ASSHAT to people just because you're drunk or in a foul mood. Get the F*CK out of the server if you're having a bad day. Taking your personal frustrations out on players will get you booted and you will need to pay your way back in to PROSPECT status (if you can find a senior admin willing to be your sponsor after that).

As a Captain, you will also be expected to keep an eye on the prospects, and report thier activities. You will also be expected to report the activities of BURDEN admins. Failure to report bullshit activity in the server or failure to perform your duties as a n00bfest admin will get you punished, up to and including possible removal of your admin.

(Obviously, there will be no more F*CKING around here, people. If you're an admin, act like a F*CKING leader and make the right calls. No more drunken, fucked-up ranting bullshit or whining because someone killed you twice in a row. Act like an admin or you will NOT be one. Abuse will not be tolerated at any level, from any admin.)

Your job as an admin is threefold:
CREATE SOME FUN
PROTECT THE PLAYERS
ENFORCE THE RULES

If you can't do those three things, please don't waste my F*CKING time trying. There's a hundred people in line behind you, waiting for their chance to try.
