n00bfest main server is shutdown until I find out how Joe Mamma is giving people noclip without him having admin powers. I believe other admins are executing commands for him, and this is UNACCEPTABLE.

Unless I get to the bottom of this, the main server will remain down permanently. If it comes back up, we will have NO admins and start over from scratch.

I have lost faith in my admins and my members.

Until I regain that faith, n00bfest is shutdown.

I may be putting n00bfest up for sale to the highest bidder. I just don't have time to babysit this place anymore, and without constant attention this place goes "Lord of the Flies" and shit.

It's just not worth it anymore.

I'd like to apologize to you Corpsehumper, and the rest of n00bfest because this is probably my fault. Last night upon request from JoeMamma I gave at least 3 people noclip. Also, upon accident, I gave 4 rcts no clip on the very last round of prodigy. I had intended to only give my friend noclip for one round because he's only been playing for a couple of days and is already talking about quitting because he spends 75% of time watching other people because he dies so fast. I had no intention of ruining anybody's fun or causing any trouble what-so-ever.

It was a typical Friday night on the main server and it was packed with n00bs and regulars, some drunk, some not. I thought granting his requests was the least I could do for the man before he ships out for 8 months. There were no complaints in the server so I didn't think it was a big deal. I know one admin complained that Joe was tking and I ma_say that tking will not be tolerated by anybody under any circumstances and there were no more problems.

I accept full responsibility for this situation and will accept any punishments you, Corpsehumper, deem justified.

Please don't punish the rest of n00bfest for my actions.

Look, it was my last night on the server...I wanted to have a little fun before I left. I apologize, Corpsie. Like Vision said, people seemed to be having a good time, so I didn't think anyone was getting pissed off.

Its been brought to my attention that there were specific instances where people were given no_clip as a reward for tking a specific person. I would like to say that I did not intentionally give anybody no_clip as a reward for tking.

The server was pretty crazy last night and I was trying to help my friend learn the game as well as have a good time. The chat was rolling fast and the mics were constantly on. There were a few complaints from random people who were not regulars to n00bfest about all the chatter but it was a Friday night on n00bfest. I was not witness to any intentional admin abuse but it was hectic in there.

I am in no way defending anybodies actions that resulted in admin abuse. I am merely clarifying my role in last nights debacle. Anybody who has been playing with me for the last 4-5 years knows that the only thing I hate worse than tkers are hackers and admin abusers.

Again, I'd like to apologize for the role I played in last nights events.

Joe, the only reason I didn't complain when you were spamming a macro telling people on my team to TK me and get no clip the next round is the same reason I almost never complain about your constant harrassment, because you or another admin seem to think its "disrespectful" and I will get kicked/banned.

Personally I don't think rationally defending myself with logic against being called a hacker or a fag nearly every round is considered disrespectful, especially since you didn't even have admin last night when you got me kicked.

I even offered to play in front of you, as we both live in WA, but apparently that wasn't enough to convince you I don't play this game in a public server just to hack.

Damn I missed all this last night I guess.

Admin isn't a toy to play around with, it's a tool to keep the server in order. Just don't allow admins access to noclip, and teleport commands.

I don't know why encouraging team killing, which is against the rules, by giving out no clip as a reward is "fun" to you joe. You may find it fun, but to others it isn't. There was a reason your admin was taken away, and I can see why now.

What's done is done, or going to be done. It's in Corpse's hands now. So Let's just go back to playing some Counterstrike.
