And governor of ALASKA? Wow. He's not doing himself any favors going into the debates. She's only dealt with one major issue in office so far and that was a veto on a bill that would allow fags to share benefits. There's what, 4 or 5 gays in Alaska? This election is going to be won on the economy, and the best choice to fill that role would have been that magic undies fruitcake Romney.
I hope they have VP debates. She's never been on the big stage before and Biden can be a beast. I'm really looking forward to the Presidential debates though. McCain gets flustered easily and Obama is so much better at public speaking. It should make for lulz.
thats about 14 more months experience than Obama has....
Also i find it funny that Biden himself not to long ago said Obama wasnt ready to lead and be president but now that hes the VP canidate his tune changes,,,, LOL silly democrats...Obama and his Britney spears pandering to the lazy and welfair class isnt going to get him elected.

Quote: OBAMA HAS NO EXPERIENCE COMPARED TO PALIN. THAT'S THE SAME RECYCLED EXCUSE THAT EVERYONE KEEPS USING FOR OBAMA TO NOT BECOME PRESIDENT. Just because you don't have experience doesn't mean you can't do a good job. That's totally jumping to conclusions without proper reason. Proper reasoning would lend itself to believe otherwise.

Nobody ever needed experience to mobilize good ideas.

Logic is relative. John McCain is 72 years old, of course he has more experience than Obama. He's older, and he's had more of a chance to learn his position. On paper, he has more credentials. But McCain just picked a VP, just for the votes. He also picked an anti-abortion VP that doesn't support any rape or incest provisions. To me, that paints the picture of somebody who acts quickly and irrationally when they're under pressure, and that's not the kind of person the president should be.

here's the deal.... obama lacks experience, but promises lots of change. mccain has lots of experience, promises change, but you can track his record in the gov't and see how little he done to create the changes he's speaking of. he's spent many years in politics and has not acheived much other than being re-elected. there are negatives to no experience, but what about the negatives of experience with no results??
this does NOT mean i'm voting for obama, because i have no idea if that dude will stick to a single word he's saying, but we do need to keep in mind that just because mccain is much more experienced, it doesn't necessarily mean he's the better candidate....

Good comparison chart. Yellow_Flash_Colorz_PDT_02
Rookie president or Rookie vice-president. you pick. Hillary warned us.
She also has had some "foreign affairs" experience having dealt w/the Russians over fishing rights and Governor of state that borders two foreign countries (Canada and Russia).

That's like comparing apples to oranges though. You're comparing a vice-presidential candidate and a presidential candidate. What's the point? A common opinion is that both presidential candidates have an equal chance of dying in office, so comparing one VP to the other Presidential is moot.

Some of those categories are just plain stupid. Church Affiliation/Attendance? Coolest Thing about Spouse? Athletic Prowess? What the hell do those have to do with anything?
Plus, what do their Abortion and Gun views have to do with their experience?
I'm not saying that Obama is the most experienced candidate, but you have to admit it's odd that McCain, who's main/only large accusation against Obama is his lack of experience, picks a VP that has no federal government experience. It just seems hypocritical IMO.

You dumbass.
Katrina was created from the AIDS that the white man made by directive from God to kill the black man and make the chocolate city the white chocolate city.

Obama said reporters should "back off these kinds of stories" and noted that he was born to an 18-year-old mother.

I know...the article I posted said the same thing too...
I didn't post it to make Palin look bad, I just thought it was interesting (hence, the random tidbit comment) and I didn't think it warranted its own thread when we already have one discussing Palin. I'm sorry, I should've clarified that.
