 [n00b] Texans Please tell me where the nearest University of Texas or Texas A&M location is in relation to your current residence.
Also, nearby Junior Colleges would be good to list too.

I live in Round Rock. 15-20 minutes from UT campus, 30 minutes from SWT campus and 2 1/2 hours from an A&M campus.
We also live near ACC (Austin Community College). One of the best Junior colleges...and cheap too!

A&M is weak. UT is far superior. Their football team is way better, too.
I know a few folks who go to UT and they all love it. Bandito went to A&M and hated every second of it. It's full of retards.
Strange is pretty close about their distances from us, except it's more like 45 minutes to "SWT" and "SWT" isn't "SWT" anymore. It's Texas State University.

If I go to college in Texas, I'll probably go to ACC first for like a year, so I can get all my required ed classes for a pre-med major and a state residency at the same time.
