 Quick question for the communityI was wondering is there any way to get the Quake sounds if you dont have them. I have my cl_allowdownload to 1 and for some reason I dont have the sounds anymore. I have also tried to use the "quake" command in server but still no sounds. How do I force my pc to redownload the sounds?

or talk to me on aim and I will send them to you through aim that s what I had to do. Create a quake folder in the sound folder in the css file then put all the sounds back in. yup yup yup thats what I did

just go into a few other random servers and you might be able to get them from there.....but why, they are really annoying after a while

Eh, it's not the same w/o the quake sounds in my opinion. They really help to identify who's killing a lot of people, who's using a shotgun, and if some jack ass has an aimbot.
You can always google counter strike quake sounds and you'll eventually find someone that has them available for download (that's what I had to do when I lost mine). |
