As a former professional stalker, I have to say that counter-AIM spamming has little to no effect on determination - no matter how many of your friends you get to spam the stalker. He/she can just block all your friends from all his/her accounts and still keep messing with you.
What you need to do is make stalking you less comfortable for them. Right now, this girl who is stalking you is in a position of power behind her anonymity and her knowledge that you are concerned about her actions. If you remove those two factors, she will get bored and find something else to do.
Step 1: Formulate a response for whenever she messages you. The response has to sound professional and mature - no "stfu and leave me alone kthx." Use your adult words and fantastic American public education. Maintain the stance that a) she is not bothering you and b) you are no longer paying attention to her.
Step 2: Copy-paste the response to her (save it as a Word file to your desktop). Every time she starts a new conversation or sends you an e-mail (or contacts you in any other way via Internets), send the message as a reply JUST ONCE. Do not copy-paste after every single thing she says. Send it once and then do not reply.
Step 3: ???
Step 4: PROFIT!
The thing about stalkers is that they need something about who they're stalking to keep them interested. If you ignore them long enough, they'll get bored and find something more marginally interesting.
And if they refuse to be ignored and start stalking you IRL, then you have 2 choices:
a) get a restraining order and publicize the stalker's information (pictures, names, phone numbers, actions) and turn the tables to show everyone how much of a freak the stalker is.
or b) rape them in a manner most unpleasant.
