Well, I spent as much time as I could in the Source server until the bots constantly saying stupid shit in the say channel got on my nerves too much.

And there was only one other person in there.

Because right now everyone has a choice, and it's easier to just keep playing the game you're familiar with instead of the new one.

True Corpse, but also death match with bots sucks I think you should experiment more and try to figure out what people like. I'm looking at my Internet servers list here and most of the servers that are full are either on dust2, office, cs_crackhouse (one of my favorite maps to play on source),Zombie mod is good, so is gun game as long as you have it set up right.Have you ever played BreakFloor on source? That is the shit!!!!.I know you already have experimented but why not do it a little more what could it hurt?Sure it's alot of work switching files in the ftp in all but someone could probably help you with it.

Most of the fun servers I play in along with alot of other people are servers that are on a 24/7 map or a good rotation.

well i dont know about transferring to source. im pretty sure that my comp could handle it..it just that the computers not mine...its my brothers.

It wont be a bad idea. I still think we should keep one server like iceword in CZ though.

Actually, the honest truth is that most of us don't like to play deathmatch that often. I use it right before Cal matches, but that's it.

There is a Goldeneye Source mod.

I dont like deathmatch to much and it gets boring when your only playing bots I was on for a while today but I play during the day westcoast time cuz I work nights and when I get off at 3am no one plays.

There is Spork, but last time I played it, it sucked.

GunGame sucks balls. I don't recommend it. I am kinda interested in this Zombie mod....but I'd much just rather play a good 'ole game of countar-strike the way it was meant to be played. Killin' foos and talkin' s!it.

Well I did cut back on the amount of bots (went from 12 to 6) since there are several small maps that it just turns into a real n00bfest. Once the server is busy enough I'll turn them off entirely (like when it was busy many months ago). As for the bots talking.. I've seen enough people talking back to them thinking they are real people.. If Corpse wants to put up a regular Source box I can help set that up (all I have to do is make some changes to the DM config files, and upload them to the new box). But as it stands I'm paying the freight on the Source DM box.

I believe they've released a full beta or a full release now. There's also Perfect Dark: Source if you're interested in seeing how hot Joanna is if she was modeled by guys who don't know the first thing about making a model.

Well. Surprisingly enough...I ping really sh!tty on the source server. Ping hovers around 100ms.

That's wierd. I usually get between 5-20ms ping.

am not sure, i like source played with pred a few times and it is a good game but completely diff from cz sometimes on source its a bit manic you kill some die then spawn again like a fun map cz has better game play if not graphics so i am 50 50 i will miss cz its still my favorite but like the sig says n00bfest for life Yellow_Flash_Colorz_PDT_08
