TO solve this problem as stated by steam:
1. You need to uninstall steam and cz 2. Reinstall steam 3. Go to your steam apps and click delete on your username 4.Uninstall steam again 5. Reinstall steam again TADA |

Okay since a bunch of people are having this problem...
EXIT STEAM. Go to your steam directory, default: C:/program files/valve/steam. Find the icon entitled ClientRegistry.blob. CUT AND PASTE this icon onto your desk top [to back it up]. Close the window. Double click Steam. Viola fixed. |
