okay so i got this crappy card, and i have an okay card on my other comp is it possible for me to switch the cards on each comp to 1 another? will i need like a disc or something to install them? or i just switch them physically and im done?

I would assume you need some way of installing the drivers for you to use/change the graphics settings. You could get these off the internet, but the CD is usually the easiest way.

CD is usually the way to start, it makes the card functional to an extent. But if the card is old, I'd download them off the internet as well. The CD drivers are never up to date, especially if you said they're old cards.

can you guys give me starting off tips please! okay so the computer case is off and open what do i look for? some tips on how to do the switch

i get some dank PH for $75 a half, it usually runs around $100. The hairs are ridiculously white and long.

all u need to do, turn the computer is off, unplug the power cable, unscrew the 2 cards, and then pull them out and make the switch, download a program called drivercleaner, run it, it will erase the old drivers, than go to the website for the company that makes them (or google for the drivers for the type of card u have), and download the drivers, and install them, ok?

yeah, just pay close attention of the slots there coming out of.
make sure there both coming out of the same kind of slot.

and be sure it sits flush when you push it in.

also, it might be good to read what kind of card it is before you put it in there, that way you can google the drivers for it and update.

card type and model number.
