 1337 2 things really i think on the 1337 server we should have a map vote mod or whatever its called so like when survivor come up every1 doesnt leave
and i want to bring up my old thind aout haveing $1337 to start with would be pretty cool

The "elite" server is called elite because it follows CAL cvars more closely than the main. Mp_startmoney 800 is default for CAL, and it will stay that way in the elite server.
And Apokolypse is right, there is almost ALWAYS an admin in there. If not, check the xfire admin users list.
