Sub Clan council:

It would be sort up kind of like the security council. Subclans that could stay together would have a permanent spot, others would be guest spots and have less of a say.

The sub clan council would decide on wether or not someone has created two many subclans and would they be banned from sub clan creation. The sub clan council would also change/keep some of the old n00bfest sub-clan rules.
many other ideas but I'm to lazy to type them all.

I would do a lot to get this up and running.

Such things the SBC would decide on.
Maybe the SBC would talk about it then pass it on to the elders. Like a 2 step process.

1. To ban people from creating clans for a set amount of time. So elders aren't always making forums for this person.

2. To prevent "Rivalry" against other clans.

3. Change/keep sub-clan rules. Roster Caps, etc.

4. There would be 3-6 permanent members and if two VETO the whatever change is being voted on. It wouldn't be in effect.

5. Possibly help other teams increase win proficiency. Teach strats. <- this is an idea. We may work with NGR.

Sorry but I don't think it's a good idea. New sub-clans are a way for new n00bs to become more acclimated the to the climate of n00bfest as a whole. It gives them a chance to bond with other n00bs outside the often noisy or stfu environment of the pubs.

Yes they come go but it really shouldn't bother anyone unless your anal and don't want to give new people a chance to get involved in something.

I think it would be good for things like changes to sub-clan rules and the like to be brought before the n00bfest council, I just don't really see the point of having a seperate group for just sub-clan things. That being said, I don't have anything against it beyond it seeming a bit redundant.

I think it's a good idea but at the same time i don't think a person wshould ever be banned from creating a sub-clan?? you learn by trial and error, some clans won't be a success but who are we to tell him that his next clan won't succeed so he can no longer make anymore. I also don't think it is really needed to create an entire new group dedicated to sub-clans...

plus that was erally childish to tell apokolopse " oh you don't like the idea cuz you might not get a spot" I know crayola might be smart at this stuff, but do we want someone running this stuff who acts childish and will hold grudges if we do have a SBC or get someone who will act mature about everything?

If you knew anything you would know I've never had a problem with Apok. We joke around a lot.
So shut it and go back to hating me.

Basically, it won't work and nobody's going to bother spending time on it other than this thread and maybe a conversation in vent. People can make as many subclans as they want, it's just that so many of you n00bs are so damn st00pid and deperate to join a "clan".
