Well, resize or take down that avatar (it's huge) and then add the [rct] tag to your name and play in n00bfest servers so that everyone can get to know you a bit.
Read the rules and requirements post ( http://n00bfest.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=931), I've added you to the waiting list to become a member. There is a vote approximately once a month (don't ask when the next one is, there's no way to know, and asking will just get you flamed) to decide which [rct]s deserve to be accepted into the community, but as long as you stay cool and play often on the servers you should be fine (it has nothing to do with being good!).
