For anyone who gets the replay.dll error, here is a quick fix:

1. Change your update location (Settings>Downloads+Cloud>Download region)

2. Close Steam

3. Open: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam

4. Delete clientregistry.blob

5. Open: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\your@username\counter-strike source\bin

6. Delete replay.dll

7. Restart Steam.

8. Open Library, right click: Counter-Strike: Source and left click: Properties.

9. Left Click on Local Files tab>Verify Integrity of Game Cache.

10. Wait.

In some instances, you may have to change your Download region more than once to get a properly updating server.

What download server are you using and which one did you change to? Did you delete both the replay.dll and the clientregistry.blob after changing the download server?

i switched from atlanta server to houston, deleted BOTH files......still have the same error message

You forgot to right click source in steam > properties > local files tab > verify game integrity

how and the hell do i change the server when i cant get any cs shit up at all i get thehead then i get the error message
