Post Good ping... but with packet loss?
Is that possible... my ping is always awesome... but all of a sudden my FPS has been down as low as 20. Was just wonderin if it oculd be packet loss or omething. my choke/loss don't really go above 0 much :?

Run multiple anti-virus programs. You need to make sure it's not something as simple as that. Otherwise, it's your provider.

FPS isn't packet loss. It's frames per second. Try to minimize the amount of programs you have running in the background on your machine. Try tweaking some of your game settings, and if nothing else works I'd reinstall the game.

Already reinstalled. Tweaked the rates the best I could. My fps stays around 80-100... it's just sometimes it tends to drop to 20 occasionally. Like last night... 3 people in the server... and it dropped to 24 fps when I tried to shoot at someone. That's what makes me think my processor or motherboard are going down for some reason.

This happened to me. Go back and uninstall. Then go delete your whole czero folder from Steam. I never could figure out what was causing it. Sometimes if you are running from behind a firewall, you will get some shitty spikes that cause your fps to drop.
