 HALP!! MY STEAMZ WON'T OPEN WTF!
note: picture (1) goes to 100% its completed the update, then (2) appears! :s i got some errors trying to start steam originally, it all shut down, tried to restart steam, and this happens. WHAT MUST I DO TO PLAY MY BELOVED COUNTER-STRIKEZ? |

Uninstall STEAM and reinstall it.

Yeah, I know very little about computers, but all I can say other than reinstall is try to find the ssa_french.htm file and make sure it 1) exists and 2) isn't read-only...I don't know if that's actually the problem though.

Well if you want to give it a shot, I uploaded my ssa_french.htm, right-click, save as, and put it in c:/program files/valve/steam/public.
