For those of you who don't know, Kev$ was a regular in the 1.5 days. He was part of n00bfest as it was growing. Before n00b, before SANF.

My prayers go to his family and loved ones.

Shivers just went down my spine after I read that, I was like best friends with him...

Its always hard to lose someone. Its even harder if its a friend, family member, or someone just close to you. Its twice as hard if its someone young or around your own age. That just shows you how precious life really is and that each of us need to take an effort to get the most enjoyment out of life. You only live it once.

Around this time last year I had lost someone somewhat close to me. He was the little brother of one of my closest friends. He had just turned 21 a week prior to the incident and they buried him the day before his mothers birthday. He was taken from the world due to a stupid act of someone else. It hit me hard because I lost someone that I had known and spent a reasonable amount of time with, his age, and the fact I havent really lost someone to death like that other than a family member.

Its the instances like this that open our eyes to the world around us. We get caught up in the cycle of life and its mundaness at times, but every now and again you need to just stop and relax. Enjoy the world around you and make an effort to make the most of what time you have because at any moment you could end up like the friend, family member, or person from your youth that was just lost.

My condolences to the family and my prayers go out to them. Its a hard thing to live with and it takes a long time to heal.
