Its based on your SteamID. It also logs all your different names and IPs but the SteamID is constant. Hit us up in a week or two and we might accept your application if you have enough hours logged and you've posted quite a bit more in these forums. The reason for this is that we want you to get to know us and our community and we want to get to know you.
