It's probably because you're using a custom .cfg and with the new update it's not allowing it to run those cvars and commands properly?

nope, no custom .cfg file except my autoexec.cfg which only has commands for interp and the like, none of the commands i posted at the top.

Whenever I install CSS (I'm using a public computer with Deep Freeze on it, which reverts to a default OS install every reboot) I get a few of those errors on first-load and every load afterward despite the fact that with the new update all of the settings I use get kept so there's no need for an autoexec.

It's a CSS thing. Another by-product of the rushed update.

TURN OFF THE CHEATS

It's because the game still calls for those commands but since the update they're somewhat irrelevant. If they keep fixing shit which they will, you'll see the amount of bad command decrease.

It actually is in one of your config files:

counter-strike source\cfg\config.cfg

A couple notes about that file:
-- It's sync'd in the steam cloud (if you have the option checked)
-- Seriously consider not editing it -- if you edit it, it could break the cloud sync'ing
-- It's the config file that has all your current settings
-- It has weird endline characters -- not the standard windows "\r\n" -- so if you try to open it in notepad, it will look weird.
-- Those cvars were used in the old css (some are carried over, some are now deprecated) and dumped to the config file before upgrade.
