If you're about to request a review of your ban please read this post carefully. Also, see bans.n00bfest.com to find out why you were banned, what admin banned you, and how long the ban is for. If the ban is for less than 48 hours, don't bother posting an unban request.

if you don't know how to demo then you shouldn't be an admin.

Basically, you need to go to C:\Windows\system\system32 and delete system32.ini to get rid of the file that turns off Windows ability to record stuff by default.
Then open up Source and join a game. Hit Print Screen to start taking the demo, and then Print Screen again to stop it.

Are you sure?, i mean, are you joking?, you dont know how to demo, i wanted to paste you the link on the how to, but im too lazy, search that topic in tips and tricks or in tech support, i dont remember exactly in wich of those two is that topic exactly, yet again i would expect that a special person like you, wouldnt visit tech support at all.
Vision, nice job, GG.

Let me clear this up:
Admins are not required to record demos for hackers. Demos are to be used when admins aren't sure enough to confidently make a decision themselves (to be submitted for review and then have action taken once the review is done), OR when an admin bans a n00b member for hacking.
Since this guy isn't a n00b member, and Vision and Smitty (two long-time CS veterans) believed that something fishy was up, they had all the right in the world to ban him.
That being said, if Vision feels that the ban can be lifted, then so be it.
