When I was working in the nursing homes, I use to kill old people left and right: Directed by the doctor, we'd give the hospice patients morphine or, more specifically, roxinol. That'd usually be enough to ease pain, but it also depressed respirations which usually resulted in death. So, yeah, I've killed people before.
