desired rank: access to ban (captain?)

reason: i know i just received a promo, but i wanted to see if i could be granted access to the ban command. i was on this morning and the server had at least 5 people TKing everyone, and all i could do was repeatedly kick them, which meant all my time was focussed on kicking and nothing else. this could have been easily solved by handing out 30 min bans to these peeps. i tried to get morbid to come ban them, but he was busy, and so were the other higher admins i tried contacting. this is just a recent example, but this happens to me a few times a week. you can check the logs to see how little i use my admin (only when necessary) and you will also see that i do not abuse. thank you for your consideration.
