Look at the results of this poll.... that's the whole problem right there.
We have 3-4 people who want each type of server, but not enough people in any category to support it.

Why not just do a trial period for each and then see what people like best? Better yet, check the server stats to see which type of game keeps the most people playing.

i'll make my suggestion again. what about making the leetfest/shottyfest server be able to change on the fly? 5 guys want shottyfest and 3 want gun game, so someone types "vote shotty" in chat and BAM a vote pops up and the server changes to shottyfest. if some people want to play 1337fest style they type "vote 1337" in chat and it brings up a vote. everything can be customized for the type of game play the players want: map cycle, gravity, etc.

yes, you would have to code some files, but i've done most of that before, so it wouldn't be that hard for me to do it again.
