 Turning off v-syncI've searched google and couldn't come up with much.
I need to know how to turn off v-sync on an ati card. thanks _________________

It should be application preference by default.So unless you turn it on in game it should stay off.

Go to the ATI config program, look for 3d options, and there is a Vertical Sync option, check the always off option

i have been looking to do this for months, bad news is that if u have to use the catalyist control center i dont think it can be done. i have gone through every option and i have tried lots of diffrent options, and all i have ever managed to do is F*CK up my computer to when windows loads my monitor will turn black and not display windows. soooo.... good luck messing around, if u find out how to do it plz let me know. But this is what u do not want to do. thats what fucked up my monitor..
