 Headset.
My damn headset won't f'in work. I had it plugged in and my foot caught it and it jerked it a little. I guess thats what done it, but I can't get no sound to come out of it or anything. I looked inside of it the cable, and it everything looks fine. It plugs into the USB, any ideas?

If everything else fails semper just get a new one. I've already broken multiple USB headsets (some of them just malfunctioned or broke on their own) before and I am not going to get another USB headset ever. So yeah, if you're going to plan on buying a new one, here's the one I have right now: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6826265009
Its awesome, and the price too.

its your power supply
your power supply cant keep a steady voltage, and thats hell with the power regulator inside the headset
your lucky you didn't electrocute yourself

your lucky you didn't electrocute yourself Your lying. It can't be my power supply. I was using it and all of a sudden I got up and my foot caught on it and jerked it. Until then, it hasn't worked yet.

don't get sennheiser pc150s, that's my only plea. They're uncomfortable, don't cover your ears, and have a very thin cord. I had old ones that were nice and comfy, without any difference in sound quality (except I got these because those didn't have a mic  )

shit my problem was just the opposite.
I bought a Logitech USB headset, and it's lasted longer then the others I've had.
I can actually say my headphones haven't needed tape!
these are it http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/produ ... NTID=10013
