 HL2 vs Doom 3 Mith and I have been arguing over this for about 5 months now....I want your opinion

Both HL2 and Doom3 are very good games and i have played them both. HL2 has the better story line and better gameplay and the graphics and amazing. Doom3 on the other hand gets boring after a while same shit over and over and the story is kind of corney but one thing that its good at is looking good this game has also amazing graphics and keeps you looking around. Both Games look very good but i will have to go with HL2.

doom 3's graphics are better than hl2's but thats about it in everything else HL2 is far morew superior HL2 > Doom3 EZ

I finally picked up a copy of HL2 today. :shock:
Spent the first 10 hours playing CS Source( :mrgreen: ), and I'm about an hour into half life. I am absolutely blown away by both games. Doom 3 wasn't very fun to me. I hate dark maps.

ok ok admited....but so what....I'm just a little predjudiced in this favor anyways.....besides....what other game out there can you pick up a body of a fallen enemy and bounce it off the walls playing catch like a tennis ball for 10 min and still be laughing!!

halo 2 is a good game but for some reason im not really into it, its just like the first with better graphic and a few cool things added, everyone was expecting something revolutionary but i didnt see anything all that amazing about it, and it gets pretty boring fast i thought

Doom3 is a piece of dog shit.
I bought it yesterday and it keeps crashing to the desktop 5 minutes after it starts.
The worst part is, you've got 4.5 minutes of bullshit video storyline to "esc" past before you get anywhere.
