can Somebody tell me if my PC can do it well on Source?

Radeon 9200 128mb Video Card
120GB WD HDD

You should run it alright. I don't know about your video card, but you should still be able to run it at least.

My HD has only 80 GB and Processor is 2.8ghz.
with the settings:

cl_cmdrate 30
cl_interp .05
fps_max 101

I run the game almost flawlessly. The only problem is continuous use. After a certain amount of time my RAM is used up and I start getting a bit of comp lag. Just a restart fixes the problem

i have 512 ram and 2.8 ghz processor and same video card and i run it at about 35 fps, not as well as i would like, but well enough to play.

P4 - 2.4Ghz, 512MB of SD-RAM, 80GB HDD, and a TI4600 128MB vid card.

I spend alot of time on CZ because I always know theres going to be at least around 5 people in there most of the time, I'd play Source too, but theres not much way to be sure that theres alot of people playing.

That is one of the most lamest excuses I've ever heard. Have you ever takened into consideration that other people are using the exact same BS excuse? No wonder nobody is on the n00bfest Source server. Just an FYI the Source server has more regular non-n00b players on it than n00b players. That in itself is a pretty sad state of affairs.

Lets go to the stats....

Average 60 connects a day (up from 45 on 1/31)
Of the 2,811 players 955 are ranked (the server came on-line on 12/31)
n00b is ranked 2nd in clans on the server.. OUR OWN DAMM SERVER NO LESS!!!!
only 3 n00b's have played on the server (Madcow, Tek, and myself) in comparison to the 2808 non-n00bs who have played.

Bottom line is if you want to play Source, and you want others to play as well then get your sorry ass in there and play. That is the only way more players are going to login to play (and get pwn3d). If you don't play, well nobody else is going to play either.

I was thinking schedule a time for n00bfest players to take time away from CZ and play on Source, cuz I'm not gonna sit in the server waiting for clan members to show up.

Well like I said, if you join the server and nobody is there you can beat on the BOT's (they deserve it) until someone show up(usually within a couple of minutes). As more ppl join the BOT's go away. If I happen to be looking if I see someone on, I'll jump in and get some pwnage in..

I started to play CSS today, (It was not easy to install and get the play running), after the video driver update, finally game got running, but when I was playing there was an error, this was the message

"Internal Driver error in IDirect3DDevice9::present()"

and, Game get blocked

If U can help me with some game configurations to make it run faster.. I will preciate it so much, cause I think it runs slower than CZ, It might be my game settings (fps, sincro, ..) or something like that .
