right click on desktop and click on properties, click the settings tab, click on advanced, if you have the latest drivers you should see a tab that says "NVIDIA Geforce2 MX 100/200" or some bs like that... click on that, then go to the little box/bar thing that pops up on the left, click on performance & quality settings and then clikc on vertical sync under "global driver settings" and uncheck application-controlled if its checked and slide the slider to off.
