 New Elder PositionAfter a bit of deliberation, we've decided that the best choice for the new Elder position will be........
Spidey! He's going to take the role as "n00bfest Corrections Officer" -- among other things, he'll be responsible for dealing with admin abuse complaints, admin promotions, demotions, and choosing new admins. These things are things that have, historically, been done by most of the Elders as a whole, but he'll be the one taking over a lot of these duties. He's been an admin for a long time, ever since his famous blackberry pie video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQQvrp65-HY He's been promoted, demoted, reprimanded, and chastised; he's the guy who has been there and done that with respect to pretty much everything in this community. He's a people-person, and well-liked among the community. I'd like to be the first one to extend a warm welcome n00bfest Elder welcome to Spidey. You'll be an excellent addition to our staff.
