Cyning of Scedenig wrote: Rap is crap Cyning, you don't even LISTEN to rap and you haven't even heard MOST rap. You just have pre-conceived notions based upon the majority of MAINSTREAM rap which actually 'is' crap most of the time. Most of the artists that get posted here, are definitely NOT crap, and some even have very positive messages. You coming in here and posting those posts is nothing short of a plus-one for you and does little (actually does nothing) to contribute to the discussion. It's just as bad as me going into a sports thread, EVERY sports thread, and just trashing on everyone else. The difference is that I can understand sports and I play sports and I have respect for the athleticism involved in sports, which takes some effort to discover what sport fandom is all about. When you come into these threads though, it's pure ignorance. Also, this is coming from someone who listens to some pretty heavy shit with dark and often violent themes, with similar content, if using different words than those found in rap. Please. |
