Ok, so i moved back to Concord CA like 4 months or so ago, when i became active again. And since then i have reconnected with my old rock band form high school. We've been trying to slowly transition into metal. I would like to submit for your listening pleasure, our latest rough draft base our latest song. Not my type of shit whatsoever but it's solid at least, sounds like the stuff on the alternative station in town here.

So far I've only listened to "To leave a man to suffer" and I like it, sounds like NIN. I'm sure I'll stumble upon some but do you have anything that just thrashes throughout the whole song? That's my type of metal.

Thanks Moss. And Mindless, were trying to thrash....its hard lol. Playing the intense speeds takes so much practice to be audibly smooth and easy to hear. We've been increasing speed over time.

Wow. DAMN I'm impressed with what I've heard. The first song I listened to was "To Leave a Man to Suffer." Very good sound you guys have. I hear lots of influence from Type O Negative and a little from NIN in that. The double bass grooves are a fresh taste.

The next was the thrash clip that you just posted. It was good, very Mike Portnoy/Lars Ulrich. You're pretty fluid on the drums. All you gotta do now is odd time signatures!

thanks, and yeah my biggest flaw is off time movement, every time i try to work off beat, i confuse my left hand with my right foot and it goes to shit.
