Unban Request Format: 1. In-game alias: Phillips 2. Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:7872590 3. Time/date of the ban: 2/12/2012 2:25 PM CST 4. Server where ban occurred: n00bfest - Got N00b? 72.249.124.50:27015 5. Who banned you? TikiTiki ' (Team #Uno) #fs 6. What were you banned for? Unknown, reason given in ban command was "derp". I was 6-4 at the time and just playing as usual. 7. Comments: I've enjoyed playing with many of you recently, and hope to again soon. Trying to follow instructions so will just offer this as my case. The reason given for ban was "derp" and from the time I was banned this is my console:
(ADMIN) TikiTiki ' (Team #Uno) #fs: banned player Phillips (ADMIN) TikiTiki ' (Team #Uno) #fs: banned player hi im derp from Eternal Arts You have been banned by admin permanently !!

Curious if there was any update on my ban status? Tiki messaged me and said he thought I should be unbanned now but am still getting blocked and told "you have been banned from this server" when I attempt to join the server. Sorry to be a bother and thanks for your time.
