I was wondering if enough people wanted it could we poissibly have a forum for nothing but demo's? I mean if some one has a funny demo, or a scrim demo they would like to post they can post it in that section of the forums. We would of course upload to a 3rd party site *ie RAPIDSHARE, EZUPLOAD etc*. I ask because I have some really funny demos that I would like to post, and every 1 is always talking about scrims they are going to have, well instead of watching them on HLTV if you are at work or school, there will be a demo uploaded on that portion of the forums so we can see how the scrim went. If this is not possible I understand, and if it is possible should the forum be open or n00b only? Demo can only played in CS, so even if your at work or school most people couldnt watch them anyways. |

na virus what you do is go into your CZ folder, then you find the demo you want to upload, then you upload it to the 3rd party site. Once it's uploaded you post the link inside a topic and people download it. Once downloaded you take the demo and move it into your CZ folder, and then open CZ and type "playdemo <demoname>" and that's how you view other peoples demo's.. If you already knew that I apologize.. If you ment they cant watch the demo's because they are at school or work I ment when they got home they could download it, and then watch it.. Yea I agree with you baldy I think it should be noob only, I would really like to see this happen.. I got plenty of funny demo's I could show some people.. The reason I dont post them in the noob's only thing is cuz I dont want to start a thread and just keep it going. Or flood it with more demo's.. That's why I suggested a whole forum.. yea the only bad thing about doing it with FRAPS is that the quality would suck.. Every one here has and plays CZ so they could easly view.. But hey if you wanna turn it into an .avi I got no problem with it because it's still a demo, so there would be nothing wrong with it.. Also when you would post a demo you would give a little background information: IE *who's playing, what's going on, what to watch for etc* that way people would know what they are downloading. everytime someone posts a demo i cant seem to watch it.....bald if your ever going to be on my side of town we need to hook up and maybe you could show me some computer stuff...i suck on it! |
